Short on time? No problem! Check out our 30-minute Express Class. These no-barbell group classes are coached by certified instructors and are designed for all experience levels. We can modify any movement to any level– just try us.

Our Express Classes are a mix of strengthening movements, rehab & pre-hab, and high-intensity interval training with a variety of fun and functional movements. We use kettlebells, dumbbells, rowing machines, med balls, resistance bands and more. Each workout is part of a larger weekly and monthly plan to ensure a balanced and thoughtful program that offers optimal results.

Starting April 1, 2019, there will be 8 different Express Class times per week:

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays:

10:30 – 11:00 am

Mondays – Thursdays:

6:45 – 7:15 pm
