Our Group Program


At Highland Strength, we offer a 1-hour strength and conditioning program seven days a week. These group classes are designed to improve our athletes’ strength, conditioning and mobility based on various functional movements. Each workout is part of a larger weekly and monthly plan to ensure a balanced and thoughtful program that offers optimal results. We know everyone is different and joins us with varying goals and limitations, so we encourage modifications and individualized programs to help you reach your personal goals. There are seven opportunities to train each week day. Find a time that works for you!


We offer ‘Open Gym’ time between our group classes for our members to try new things, do their ‘homework’ (if given by one of our Personal Trainers or Coaches) and practice functional movement. Open Gym Membership includes access to all equipment at Highland Strength unless in use by a Trainer or Group.
