Highland Strength currently hosts two programs geared towards kids and teens:

Varsity Youth

Our Varsity Youth strength and conditioning programs run in 5 week blocks. Classes are 1 hour and generally run after school or on Saturdays.

Teen Varsity classes are geared to athletes 11-15 years of age, while Kids Classes are geared for athletes 7-10 years of age.

For times, dates and costs of upcoming blocks, check our schedule here.

Teens 15+: Athletes aged 15 and over will begin the process of integrating into the adult classes.

Participation in the adult classes is a privilege that is granted to athletes possessing the maturity and technical skills needed. Approval of one of Highland Strength’s Kids Coaches is required before any athlete under the age of 16 participates in an adult class. Certain conditions may apply.
