Athletes 11-15 years of age are invited to register for our Spring Strength and Conditioning session with CrossFit Kids and strength training coach, Nicki Darbyson, from Wednesday, April 3rd- May 1st!
- Learn safe weightlifting techniques that will last a lifetime
- Improve core strength with gymnastics movements
- Test your conditioning with bodyweight movements, kettle bells, medicine balls and sled pushes!
Classes will be held Wednesdays from 4:30-5:30 pm. All welcome!
Cost for the program: $100 + hst
