Athletes 11-15 years of age are invited to register for our Teen Dry Land 5-week session with CrossFit Kids and strength training coach, Nicki Darbyson, from October 15 – November 12!
- Build core strength, speed, agility and power with plyometric and gymnastics movements
- Learn safe weightlifting techniques that will last a lifetime
- Improve conditioning with bodyweight movements, kettle bells, medicine balls and sled pushes!
Classes will be held Mondays from 4:30-5:30 pm.
Cost for the program: $100 + hst
