Workout of the Day

In 10 Minutes, complete as many reps as possible of:

1 Burpee, 1 Box Jump, 1 Sit Up

2 Burpees, 2 Box Jumps, 2 Sit Ups

3 Burpees, 3 Box Jumps, 3 Sit Ups

etc..

*box jumps can be subbed to step ups, jump squats, or tuck jumps

then

4 minutes of hip mobility:

30 seconds (per leg) thread the needle (ie. right foot on left knee and hug in)
30 seconds (per side) back twist with legs in thread the needle position
30 seconds per side on your back pigeon
1 minute: Happy baby!
