20 KB Swings
10 Overhead Squats or 20 DB Squats/ Air Squats

then

5 minutes of mobility

Couch stretch (30 seconds each leg)

High lunge- Psoas (30 seconds each leg)

Pigeon (30 seconds each leg)

Shoulder Thread the Needle (30 seconds each side).

Back Scratchers (30 seconds per side)
