Why we lift.

Lift Huron is a non-profit weightlifting club for youth (11-18). We raise money throughout the year to enable all youth to participate in healthy lifestyles that includes strength training with their peers in a community of like-minded mentors. Why do we lift? For strength in body, mind, and community spirit. See below for upcoming competitions!

We also do our best to help support other local youth organizations, and have donated more than $4000 since we started in 2014. Read about how we distributed our donations from 2014 – 2018: Lift Huron Gives Back to the Community.
